Humming birds live their lives in flight like a blur but they sound like a bee, and depend on flowers nectar to survive.

Some people think they could be linked to messengers from the afterlife and believe that they connect us with family or friends from beyond and sometimes birds can deliver messages through their unique calls and songs.

I'm not exactly an avid bird observer but I have noticed that crows will follow you if you feed them and they are sharper than some people.

Humming birds are special, i think. One evening when i was out walking, the sky looked ominous and a storm was brewing from the east. When i was about to reach my destination just as the wind was picking up a humming bird beaked me in the boob. I ran away at first before i knew what it was. Moments later i saw it again and it was by far one the most delicate yet powerfully energetic creatures i have encountered. It was a memorable experience watching the storm roll in with the hummingbird paying a visit.
